This sweet little size 7 ring features some of my favorite material ever, Aloe Variscite, which is hand dug from a single small claim in Nevada. I wrapped the gemmy little shield cut with a smooth wire and cut decorative notches to highlight this lovely little stone, and put a double half-round wire ring shank. The colors in this stone are top notch!

Turquoise is considered a relatively soft and porous stone, and as with all silver based jewelry, this gem should be taken off when showering, applying lotion, etc. to avoid discoloration of the stone and to keep this piece in beautiful condition for years to come!
